2. When is it safe to practice?

Let’s always listen to your gynaecologist. There are moms who cannot practice from the day she’s conceived to the delivery date.

There are also moms who keep active through all phases.

3. How often I should practice?

We recommend 1-2 times a week.

There’s no rush to the process. After delivery, there’s post natal practice awaiting you. Yoga is a lifelong journey.

4. Couple yoga

Couple yoga is a great activity for new mom and dad. The poses require trust, touches make couple get closer.

We practice at student’s place. This is also a great solution to reduce risk for travelling mom.
