Here I create a list of my preferred cafes to work or study in Puchong, Selangor.

1. Empty Cup Coffee House @ Bandar Puchong Jaya

They were previously located at ground floor, next to a florist.

In early 2021 they moved to a bigger space upstairs, at corner lot, right above the tyre shop.

Each table is equipped with a power point, and the cafe seems to be able to cater 50 visitors at a time.

Among all cafes in Puchong, personally this is the best one to study or work, in Puchong.

There are plenty of parking spaces outside the cafe, opens daily at 10am and they even deliver coffee during the MCO stay-home days.

2. Poppu Café @ Puchong Jaya

Pros

1. Their coffee is HUGE and nice. The coffee taste somewhat compensate the food that they offer here.

2. They have plenty of power points here.

3. Just nice air conditioning.

Cons

I am especially disappointed with their Big Breakie. The tomatoes are not sautéed, and the mushroom is flavourless, not even salty. I prefer my big breakfast, greasy, salty, and unhealthy. While the version that they serve called for uncooked cherry tomatoes, cabbages, lettuce, 2 pieces of buttered bread, omelette, unflavoured mushroom, chicken cubes and one Ayamas style sausage.

I only tried out one food here, not sure about the rest. Croissant and cakes looks good.

3. Starman Coffee

Starman serves the best coffee among the list, they serves tasty pasta too.

Their quality drinks and hearty interior attracted regular customer stream in the unnoticeable industrial area.

This is undoubtedly my favourite in the list.

Located a few meters from Plant & Pots Studio, there is Starman Coffee with bright interior settings, they serve hot food here. 

I also purchased coffee bean from Starman coffee. They sell award winning coffee bean (1kg) here.

4. RUANG by Cookiez Bar @ Puchong Jaya

They’re on the second floor.
